Balsamic condiment of cooked grape must matured in a solera of oak, chestnut and cherry casks. Dense and glossy; a few drops finish cheese, fruit or risotto. 100 ml, store cool and dark. Aged twenty five years across seven casks. Older than most of your friendships.
