Olive Oil, First Cold Press

Extra virgin oil from early harvest olives, cold pressed within hours of picking and bottled unfiltered in dark glass to protect it from light. Free acidity under 0.3 percent. Use for finishing, salads, and bread; store cool and dark. First cold press, 500 ml. The good bottle, kept for later until later expires.
